In its 40th year in Durham, the American Dance Festival presents more than 70 performances by 30 world-renowned companies and choreographers. Dance troupes from the United States and other countries perform stunning work at about a dozen venues. ADF has helped launch the careers of many choreographers and dancers, several of whom continue to perform at the six-week event.
